Fire Breaks Out in Mercedes ML320 on Yerevan-Meghri Road, Driver Hospitalized
On June 16, at 19:46, the National Crisis Management Center of Armenia received an alert regarding a car fire near the village of Zangakatun. A firefighting unit from the Rescue Service of the Ararat region was dispatched to the scene.
It was determined that a fire had broken out in a Mercedes ML320 vehicle (driver: Gevorg K., born in 1989) on the 91st kilometer of the Yerevan-Meghri highway. Before the rescuers arrived at the scene, the driver was transferred to the Yeghgnadzor hospital, where he received first aid and was later discharged.
The fire was contained at 20:45 and extinguished by 21:05.
