Operations of the ‘Petak’ Trade Center Temporarily Suspended
The Health and Labor Inspectorate of Armenia has announced that the operations of the ‘Petak’ trade center have been suspended for 24 hours.
During an inspection visit, the authorities recorded a number of violations, including the overcrowded arrangement of stalls, the presence of more than two persons in sales areas of up to 20 square meters, and failures to comply with social distancing, temperature checks, and proper mask-wearing protocols.
The operator has been instructed to immediately halt operations and rectify the violations.
