Unfortunately, My Parents Have Tested Positive for the Virus: Gayane Abrahamyan

Member of Parliament from the 'My Step' faction, Gayane Abrahamyan, has announced that her parents have tested positive for the coronavirus. She made the statement on her Facebook page.

“Dear journalist colleagues, a report has been published on some websites (I won't name them as media) claiming that I have tested positive for the coronavirus. This news is false; both my daughter and I tested negative. Unfortunately, my parents have tested positive for the virus (they live separately, and we have interacted while strictly adhering to all rules). My father, who has chronic conditions, has been hospitalized, while my mother has pneumonia but is still receiving treatment at home. I kindly ask you not to spread misinformation on this topic; this is not a matter for exploitation,” she wrote.
