High-Rise Building Projects Will Not Be Approved Without 70-80% Underground Parking Spaces
On June 12, the press secretary of the Yerevan Mayor, Hakob Karapetyan, stated on his Facebook page: "Considering the transportation load, the city authorities of Yerevan have adopted a principle to make the presence of at least 70-80% underground parking spaces mandatory in newly approved high-rise building projects."
