A Car with Fake Diplomatic Plates and Without Insurance Found

Recently, the Road Police received information that a Volkswagen vehicle with fake diplomatic license plates was operating in the capital. Based on this information, relevant checks were conducted, and a search was issued for the vehicle.

On June 12, officers from the 1st Patrol Battalion of the Road Police discovered the vehicle on Arshakunyats Avenue and transported it to a designated secured area. It was revealed that the vehicle was not registered under any diplomatic representation operating in Armenia.

Moreover, the driver did not possess a driver's license, nor did the vehicle have a mandatory insurance contract. Materials are being prepared by the Road Police regarding the incident, and circumstances are being clarified.
