Ruzaanna Sargsyan Appointed as Advisor to the President of Artsakh on Social Issues
On June 9, President Araik Harutyunyan signed a decree appointing Ruzaanna Vladimiri Sargsyan as the Advisor to the President of the Republic of Artsakh on social issues.
