Vedi Court Closed Due to Coronavirus Cases Recorded in the Court of Cassation and the Judicial Council
Numerous cases of coronavirus have been recorded in the judicial system. According to ArmDaily.am, there are no judges among the infected, but there are many isolated judges who have been in contact with infected individuals; thus, it is possible that the virus will be confirmed in them in the coming days. The majority of those infected in the judicial system are assistants and court secretaries who have had close contact with judges.
According to reports, the Vedi Court is currently closed, with three assistants confirmed to be infected with coronavirus, and the judges have been isolated. Cases of confirmed coronavirus have also been reported at the Administrative and Court of Cassation levels, with the infected being assistants to judges. Additionally, cases have been recorded at the Judicial Council, where two cleaners have been confirmed to be infected. One court has confirmed six cases of coronavirus. This is not an exhaustive list of the cases recorded in the judicial system; the statistics are changing, and the numbers are rising.
