Tragic Car Accident in Ararat Province: Opel Crashes into Barrier and Gas Pipe, Ends Up in Field, Fatalities Reported
On May 16, a tragic car accident occurred in the Ararat Province. Around 11:00 PM, 47-year-old Misak M., a resident of Artashat, lost control of his Opel Vectra with license plate 35 ZD 382 in the administrative area of the village of Ayntap along the Yerevan-Yeraskh highway. Under still unknown circumstances, he veered off the roadway, crashed into a barrier, then collided with a gas pipe, and ended up in a field.
According to Shamshyan.com, as a result of the accident, driver Misak M. succumbed to critical injuries while being transported to the hospital by ambulance.
The vehicle was towed to the secure parking lot of the Masis police department.
