Woman with housing issues threatens to jump out of the window in emotional distress

On May 14, at 14:52, the National Crisis Management Center received information that a resident of one of the apartments at 27 Andranik Street in Yerevan was threatening to commit suicide by jumping out of the window. A fire and rescue team from the Yerevan Rescue Department, an operational group from the National Crisis Management Center, and an instructor from the psychological support department were dispatched to the scene.

It was revealed that the citizen, Lusine Kh. (born in 1976), was in an emotionally unstable state and was facing housing issues. The instructor from the psychological support department provided psychological assistance to Lusine Kh. on-site.
