32-Year-Old Man Escapes from Nubarashen Psychiatric Hospital Wearing Medical Mask and Gloves

On April 24, an extraordinary incident occurred at the National Center for Mental Health, known to the public as the Nubarashen Psychiatric Hospital. This was reported by Shamshyan.com.

According to the source, around 16:20, 32-year-old Arman Manukyan, a resident of Ijevan, escaped from the special supervision department of the center. He had been placed in this unit by a court decision and made his escape while out for a walk.

It is noted that hours later, Manukyan was captured by the hospital staff on Nubarashen Highway. He was barely recognized by the psychiatric hospital personnel due to wearing a medical mask and gloves.

Following the incident, materials are being prepared in the investigative division of the Erebuni Police Department.
