Road to Haghartsin Blocked Due to Fallen Trees
On April 24, at 11:21 AM, the National Crisis Management Center received a report that a tree had fallen on the roadway leading to the Haghartsin Monastery complex in the Tavush region, blocking the road. This information was provided by the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
A response team from the Regional Rescue Department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations was dispatched to the scene. It was determined that two trees, approximately 10 meters long and 40-70 cm in diameter, had fallen across the traffic lane on the road to the Haghartsin Monastery complex, resulting in the road being closed.
The rescuers chopped up the trees and removed them from the roadway.
