Man Hospitalized with Stab Wounds to Chest and Abdomen

According to Shamshyan.com, an emergency incident occurred in Yerevan on April 23. At approximately 21:40, a call was received by the Arabkir division of the police from the Astghik Medical Center, reporting that a citizen had been admitted with "stabbing wounds to the chest and abdomen" from the courtyard of building 76 on A. Avetisyan Street.

The operational group of the Arabkir police department, headed by Deputy Chief Avdishoyev, rushed to the hospital. The police determined that the victim is 34-year-old Styopa Ch., a resident of the mentioned street, who, according to doctors, is unable to provide an explanation about the incident.

In connection with the incident, materials are being prepared by Investigator Antonian from the investigative department of the Arabkir police. Forensic medical examination has been appointed. The police are taking necessary operational and investigative measures to clarify the circumstances of the case.
