Misconduct at Armenian Territorial State College

Based on information received by the Armavir police department, factual evidence has been collected regarding misconduct that occurred at the Armenian Territorial State College.

According to known information in the investigation, the former director of the educational institution registered the brother of the college's clerk as a guard from 2014 to 2016. The man did not report to work; however, salary payments were issued in his name.

Further evidence has emerged indicating that salaries were also disbursed under the name of a woman who had been appointed as a guard but also failed to report for duty. As a result of these irregularities, a total of over 1 million 600 thousand AMD has been embezzled.

A criminal case has been initiated at the Armavir police department regarding these incidents, which has been forwarded to the Investigative Committee.
