Cadastre Committee Denies Reports of Earning Money Through Third Parties
Arman Petrosyan, deputy head of the Cadastre Committee of Armenia, has denied reports circulating in the media about earning money through an employee of a legal firm operating in the vicinity of the 'Center' service office.
In an interview with Armenpress, Petrosyan assured that the information spread in the media has no connection to their organization. 'I am aware of the publication circulating in the press, but the information is only related to the Cadastre Committee in that it pertains to a private company operating in the vicinity of the Cadastre Committee's 'Center' service office,' noted Petrosyan.
He emphasized that according to the Prime Minister's decision, during the state of emergency declared to prevent the spread of the new type of coronavirus, no service office of the Cadastre Committee, including the 'Center' service office, is operational. 'The Cadastre Committee's 'Center' service office operates in a space rented from a private organization. Other private operators, including that legal firm, also rent spaces in the same location, for which the Cadastre Committee bears no responsibility,' Petrosyan added.
The deputy head of the Cadastre Committee stated that their organization provides all applicants the opportunity to submit any type of application through the online platform e-cadastre.am. Arman Petrosyan stressed that citizens do not need to utilize the services of private organizations when submitting applications to the Cadastre Committee.
