An attempt was made to steal food intended for underprivileged families from a school in Ijevan. This information has been reported by the police news service.

On the night of April 14, police officers from the Ijevan division responded to a call and went to one of the schools in Ijevan. It was revealed on the spot that several young individuals had entered the school through a window and attempted to steal food designated for underprivileged families. Upon seeing the school guard, the youths fled the scene.

As a result of operational measures, the criminal investigators of Ijevan managed to identify the suspects within hours. The young individuals living in Ijevan were located and detained by the police on the same day of the incident, where materials are being prepared regarding the case. Circumstances are being clarified through the investigation.
