Citizen Who Tied Dog to Car and Dragged It Is in Police Custody: Janoyan
Edgar Janoyan, the Deputy Head of the Public Relations and Information Department of the Armenian Police, wrote on his Facebook page: “A publication has surfaced on the internet stating that ‘animals have been tied to a car and dragged along the asphalt.’ Based on this publication, the officers of the Erebuni police department have taken appropriate measures and identified the individual responsible for the act. The citizen, who is a resident of Yerevan, is currently at the Erebuni police station. Materials are being prepared regarding the incident.”
Previously, it was reported that photos and videos had surfaced online showing how two citizens tied a dog to a car and dragged it.
