National Assembly Approves Bill to Simplify Reporting Processes for Foundations
The National Assembly of Armenia has approved, in the second reading and in full, a bill aimed at simplifying the reporting process for foundations. The package of bills, which includes amendments to the Law on Foundations and changes to the Code on Administrative Offenses, received 113 votes in favor at the National Assembly session on March 25.
Foundations are now required to submit reports on their activities on the platform azdarar.am. Additionally, they must present the same report in paper form to the State Revenue Committee within a 30-day period, which is the authorized body for overseeing foundations.
