Yerevan Municipality Urges Citizens Not to Purchase Food Sold on Sidewalks Due to Potential Contamination
Despite the Yerevan Municipality's daily efforts, as well as additional special measures implemented in recent days to eliminate illegal outdoor trade, certain citizens continue their activities, disregarding the law and preventive measures against the novel coronavirus. This information has been reported by the Municipality of Yerevan.
As a result, the municipality warns and urges the public not to buy food sold in the streets and on sidewalks. These items are considered high-risk, dangerous food products that, lacking appropriate storage conditions, may contain viral elements.
There is no quality control over such products.
