Border Guard Service Allowed Ruben Hayrapetyan's Exit from Armenia: Defense

The Border Guard Service has allowed Ruben Hayrapetyan's exit from Armenia. This was announced by Hayrapetyan's defense attorney, Amram Makinyan, on his Facebook page. According to the post, the attorney will seek an official clarification regarding the incident from the acting Chief of Police of Armenia in the morning.

It is worth mentioning that Makinyan had previously stated that Ruben Hayrapetyan's exit from Armenia, as well as from the airport, was illegally blocked.
