Civilians Contract COVID-19: Urgent Meeting of Civil Contract Party Called

The Civil Contract Party has called an urgent meeting today, on March 12. Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan is also participating in the meeting. It is expected that the main topic on the agenda will be the coronavirus.

It is noteworthy that numerous calls have been directed at the Prime Minister in recent hours, urging him to halt the campaign for the constitutional referendum. During a meeting with residents in Vayots Dzor today, the Prime Minister stated that if necessary, they would cease the campaign.

Recall that just the previous day, three citizens were diagnosed with coronavirus, and 57 individuals who had close contact with them have been quarantined. Thus, the number of COVID-19 cases in Armenia has reached four, and 88 individuals are currently isolated.
