Robert Kocharian Diagnosed with Heart Rhythm Disorder and Arterial Hypertension, Hearing Postponed
The hearing in the case of Robert Kocharian and others scheduled for March 10 has been postponed. Judge Anna Danibekyan announced this. According to a statement received from the "Erebuni" medical center, Robert Kocharian has been diagnosed with arterial hypertension, making his presence at the court session inadvisable. Therefore, since it is impossible to proceed without the defendant, the hearing has been postponed. The next hearing has been scheduled for March 17.
It should be noted that Robert Kocharian was transferred to the "Nairi" medical center late in the evening on March 7, and the following day he was moved to the "Erebuni" medical center. Prior to this, during the hearing on March 6, the court had rejected a motion by Robert Kocharian's lawyers to recuse Judge Anna Danibekyan. This motion was supported by the defenders of Seyran Ohanyan, Armen Gevorgyan, and Yuri Khachaturov.
