Court Hearings in Manvel Grigoryan's Case Are Postponed as He Remains in Intensive Care
Former President of the Yerkrapah Volunteer Union, Manvel Grigoryan, has not attended court hearings for an extended period in his criminal case. During today’s session, the defense informed that he is under 24-hour medical supervision in the intensive care unit. The next court session is scheduled for April 7.
It is worth mentioning that Manvel Grigoryan faces charges of illegal possession of weapons and ammunition, embezzling property valued at more than 101 million drams, evading payment of more than 1 billion drams in taxes, misusing more than 1 billion drams in state funds, and organizing the theft of property worth 37 million drams through extortion. He was formally charged on June 19, 2018.
