Police Raid on 'Vstrechi Apeer's' Residence: Statement

Lawyers representing Aram Vardanyan, known by the nickname 'Vstrechi Apeer,' have issued a statement addressing recent events. The statement notes:

“Today, around 02:40 AM, a raid was conducted by hundreds of police officers on the residences belonging to Aram Vardanyan and his relatives at 17 Artsakh Street. Police officers surrounded several houses at the specified address, acting unlawfully, without permission, failing to provide any explanations or documents, breaking doors and windows, and using specialized equipment to cut through bars to force their way into these homes. During this operation, acts of theft were also reported. The presence of a young child in one of the homes did not deter the police from continuing their illegal actions, resulting in serious harm to the child's health.”

“In connection with these unlawful actions, we invite the press to a briefing today at 14:00 at Artsakh Street 17/8.”
