Court Applies Sanctions Against Defenders of Robert Kocharian and Armen Gevorgyan
The Yerevan Court of General Jurisdiction continues the trial of Robert Kocharian and others. During this session, the court decided to impose sanctions on the defenders of Robert Kocharian and Armen Gevorgyan, as they were absent from the previous court hearing.
The court noted that the defenders had no valid reason for their absence, and thus their behavior was aimed at obstructing the court proceedings.
