Four Abattoirs Operate in Kotayk Province, Says Governor

Currently, four abattoirs are fully operational in Kotayk Province. This was reported by Kotayk Governor Romanos Petrosyan on his Facebook page.

“A short while ago, I held an expanded working meeting with the head of the Kotayk Regional Center of the State Food Safety Service, David Ghazaryan. The meeting was also attended by the deputy governor, representatives from the relevant departments of the governor's office, and advisors.

There were two main agenda items:

• Mapping companies providing abattoir services in Kotayk Province by region,
• Guiding and supporting investors wishing to establish abattoir services in Kotayk Province.

Regarding the first item, I inform you that currently, four abattoirs are fully operational in Kotayk Province.”
