Difficult Driving Conditions in Armenia
The Ministry of Emergency Situations informs that as of January 29 at 12:00, there are difficult driving conditions in the territory of Armenia.
The Vardenyats Pass is open to all types of vehicles; however, for trucks with trailers, it is passable only with the use of tire chains.
The Sotk-Karvachar highway is difficult to pass for all types of vehicles, and trucks with trailers can only navigate it with tire chains.
In the Syunik region, there is partially black ice present on all roadways.
Regarding Lars, information received from the Georgian Ministry of Internal Affairs Emergency Situations Department and the Crisis Management Center of the North Ossetia Emergency Situations Ministry indicates that the Stepanantsminda-Lars highway is open to all types of vehicles.
