Aram Abrahamyan, the editor-in-chief of the 'Aravot' newspaper, wrote on his Facebook page: 'On January 18, just 9 days ago, a fire occurred in the “Mamul” building (where the 'Aravot' editorial office is located), resulting in the building losing power. For 9 days, the State Property Management Committee, the owner of the building, has been unable to restore the electricity. Another proof that the state is an ineffective owner.'
