Ararat Governor Urges Livestock Farmers to Wait for Prime Minister's Decision
The Governor of Ararat, Garik Sargsyan, urged livestock farmers protesting against the government's decision to conduct mandatory slaughter in abattoirs to wait for the solution that will be proposed by the Prime Minister during the question-and-answer session with the government in the National Assembly. Sargsyan made this statement during a meeting with farmers.
“Let’s wait for the solution that will be proposed tomorrow at 16:30 during the question-and-answer session with the government in the National Assembly. If it does not satisfy you, we will meet again,” said Sargsyan.
