They Were Designed by Clowns, Led by Monkeys: Boeing Employee on Boeing 737 MAX
The American company Boeing has published internal correspondence from its employees addressing the Boeing 737 MAX aircraft. Due to two crashes involving these aircraft, 535 people lost their lives between 2018 and 2019.
The correspondence reveals that employees were aware of the aircraft's issues beforehand but chose to conceal them. In one of the emails, an employee stated that they did not allow their family to fly on those planes.
"They were designed by clowns, led by monkeys," one email says regarding the aircraft.
By releasing this correspondence, the company indicated that this is not what they should have been focusing on. It is worth noting that these aircraft are currently out of service.
