14,662 Visitors Attended Museums During Holiday Season
During the holiday season, more than 14,662 visitors attended museums in Yerevan, including 2,746 individuals under 18 years old. The visitor numbers also include tourists. This information was published by the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture, and Sports.
It is noteworthy that several museums under the jurisdiction of the Ministry were open from December 31, 2019, to January 7, 2020, with the aim of enhancing cultural life during the New Year celebrations. As part of the New Year festivities, entry to museums operated by the ministry was free for individuals under 18 years old.
