The Record of Tinted Windshield Will No Longer Be Repealed
Due to the amendment to part 6 of Article 123 of the Administrative Offenses Code of Armenia, starting from January 1, 2020, the characteristics of the offense regarding violations of transparency standards for windows, or driving vehicles with a tinted front windshield or with a breached curtain requirement, are no longer eliminated by removing the tint, adjusting the transparency of the windows, or removing the curtain. This means that the record drawn up for driving a vehicle with a tinted front windshield or with a breach of the transparency standards will no longer be repealed.
The Road Police urges vehicle owners to comply with the requirements established by legislation.
