27-Year-Old Arrested in Connection with the Murder of a 16-Year-Old Girl
The court has recently granted the investigator's request to select pre-trial detention as a measure for the 27-year-old man charged with the murder of a 16-year-old girl. This information was reported by Naira Harutyunyan, head of the Information and Public Relations Department of the Investigative Committee of Armenia.
It was previously reported that Raphael Sukiasyan has been charged under Article 104, Part 2, Clause 8 of the Criminal Code of Armenia (murder committed for selfish motives).
