President of Artsakh and Commander of Defense Army Visit Southern Border Zone

On December 30, the President of the Republic of Artsakh, Bako Sahakyan, accompanied by the Commander of the Defense Army, Lieutenant General Karen Abrahamyan, visited the southern border zone of the republic. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Defense of Artsakh.

"The soldiers on duty in the southern direction and the residents of the military settlements have not been left out of the pre-holiday surprises and events. President Bako Sahakyan congratulated the watchmen on the New Year and Christmas, wishing them safe service and a good return to their homes, while also inquiring about the operational tactical situation," the statement said.

The senior guests also attended performances by the students of the children's creative center opened last year in Mekhakavan, watched dance numbers, and participated in a festive event and dinner organized in the military settlement.
