Work is Underway in the Channel of Ranchpar Village: Cause of Water Pollution Under Investigation

Employees of the Environmental and Mining Inspection Body's Ararat Regional Division quickly responded to a video shared online regarding water pollution in the channel adjacent to the Masis-Ranchpar highway in the Ararat Province of Armenia. They immediately went to the scene to conduct an investigation.

Sampling of the water was carried out to determine the cause of the pollution. Additional information regarding the results will be provided.

A Facebook user published a video yesterday, on December 15, calling the attention of the Environmental and Mining Inspection Body to the color of the water flowing through the Ranchpar village channel.
