Firearms Hidden from Customs Control Discovered: SRC

Employees of the Bagratashen Customs Point of the Eastern Customs Directorate of the State Revenue Committee conducted a visual inspection of the vehicle of a citizen of Armenia, A.M., arriving from Georgia at the Bagratashen border crossing.

Suspicious of the presence of goods hidden from customs control, the vehicle was escorted for a thorough inspection. As a result of the customs examination, six air guns were found under the engine cover of the vehicle, which, according to citizen A.M., belong to citizen K.D. of Armenia.

A report on the violation of customs regulations was prepared regarding the incident, and the firearms have been stored in the customs warehouse.
