Haykakan Zhoghovurd: Relations Between In-Laws Have Severely Tensed
The newspaper Haykakan Zhoghovurd reports that business magnate Khachatur Sukiasyan, responding to a journalist's question regarding Gagik Tsarukyan's assertion that there are currently insufficient conditions for investments in Armenia, stated that he disagrees with Tsarukyan's opinion.
Yesterday, Gagik Tsarukyan reacted to his in-law's comments: "I am stating things based on documents, not flattering him." This hinted that Sukiasyan is currying favor with Nikol Pashinyan.
We have learned that this public dispute is only a visible part of a serious conflict. The relationship between the in-laws has severely deteriorated following Sukiasyan's interview, and when he tried to smooth things over, Gagik Tsarukyan did not even answer the phone and has reportedly said among his close circles, "I wasn’t lucky again in the matter of in-laws." For more details, refer to the paper's current issue.
