Collision Between Opel and Ambulance in Yerevan: Patient Inside
On December 3, at 11:00 PM, the "911" service received a report of a traffic accident at the intersection of Komitas Avenue and Vagharsyan Street in Yerevan, where a vehicle collided with an ambulance. There is a gas leak in the area, the Ministry of Emergency Situations (MES) reported.
According to the announcement, one fire and rescue unit and a duty doctor from the Disaster Medicine Center were dispatched to the scene.
It was revealed that the vehicles involved in the collision were an Opel Vectra (driven by Aram K.) and the ambulance service vehicle (driven by Melik M.). The patient inside the ambulance was transferred to the St. Astvatsamayr Medical Center by citizens.
The rescuers have cut off the power to the Opel Vectra.
