Apartment Burglary Solved: The Thief is a 44-Year-Old Woman

On November 25, at 7:00 PM, the police department in Sevan received a report from a resident of the city stating that on November 7, between 10:00 and 10:40 AM, someone had entered her apartment, taking advantage of the fact that the door was left open while she was away. The intruder stole a wallet from the wardrobe containing 41,000 AMD.

According to the police, the neighbor later found the wallet in her storage room, but the money was missing.

On November 25, officers from the Sevan police department invited a 44-year-old woman from Sevan for questioning on suspicion of the theft, during which she provided a confession.
