Fake Fortune Teller Demands and Receives $3,800 to Open 'Paper and Writing' for Family
A citizen reported to the Malatya police that from 2016 until July of this year, a 54-year-old woman named Mariam H. from the Ararat region demanded large sums in US dollars from 55-year-old Hasmik H., a resident of the Malatya-Sebastia administrative district, claiming it was necessary to "open the paper and writing" that affected her family. Through deception and the abuse of trust, she managed to obtain this money.
The total amount demanded by the fortune teller reached approximately $3,800, as reported by shamshyan.com. Materials are being prepared in the investigative department of the Malatya police.
