Court Withdraws to Deliberation Room in Kocharyan Case
As previously reported, the court hearing in the case of former President Robert Kocharyan has started today.
Robert Kocharyan's lawyer, Hovhannes Khudoyan, has submitted a motion for the disqualification of Judge Anna Danibekyan from the Yerevan City Court of General Jurisdiction.
The court has just withdrawn to the deliberation room. The judicial decision will be announced today at 16:00.
