‘Zhamanak’: Babayan's Case Will Be Sent to Court by the End of the Month
‘Zhamanak’ newspaper reports that according to its sources, the investigation into the criminal case against former Assistant to the Speaker of the National Assembly Arsen Babayan will be completed by the end of this month, and the case will be sent to court with all necessary evidence.
Arsen Babayan is accused of aiding in the appropriation of power through official forgery. The case revolves around the alleged appropriation of the position of the President of the Constitutional Court by Hrayr Tovmasyan, which he allegedly achieved through criminal schemes.
