Tense Situation: Bailiffs Attempt to Evict 83-Year-Old Grandmother from Her Home

In recent days, a tense situation has arisen concerning 83-year-old Lida Badalyan and her only caregiver, Lena Badalyan, in the Jrarat neighborhood of Hragdan, Kotayk Province. According to Shamshyan.com, bailiffs have been visiting the grandmother's home for several days, demanding that she vacate the property. The Badalyan family claims that a group of officials has committed injustices against them and that materials are being prepared at the Special Investigative Service of Armenia regarding this issue.

They assert that the Court of Cassation has temporarily suspended the eviction process, yet the bailiffs continue to disturb them. The news outlet reports that just two days ago, during another visit from the bailiffs, the woman attempted self-harm, but the visitors left upon realizing the situation was escalating.
