At around 5:30 PM, operational information was received at the Aragatsotn regional directorate of the police regarding a citizen unlawfully driving a ВАЗ 2106 vehicle in the village of Agarak, disturbing local residents, and at times steering the car towards people.
According to Shamshyan.com, rapid-response teams arrived in the village of Agarak and took 40-year-old Gabriel Avetisyan, a resident of the village of Aghdzq in Aragatsotn, into custody. He was driving a ВАЗ 2106 with the license plate 51 ТС 899.
