Criminal Case Initiated Regarding the Privatization of 'Daisy' Garden by 'Tsaghik Rubo's' Family
A criminal case has been initiated in the National Security Service of Armenia regarding the privatization of the 'Daisy' garden by the family of former Davtashen district head Ruben Gevorgyan (Tsaghik Rubo).
The Prosecutor General's Office has informed Factor.am that 'Along with other areas, the land transfer process for the plot located at 44/2 Tigran Petrosyan Street is under investigation. It is suspected that government officials from the Yerevan municipality have introduced obvious false information into official documents and abused their official powers driven by apparent self-interests or other personal motives, leading to the initiation of a criminal case under parts 2 of Article 308 and Article 314 of the RA Criminal Code in the investigative department of the NSS of RA.'
