Thousands of Shame on Those Who Think Robert Kocharian's Family Should Fund Me: Balasanyan
Thousands of shame on those who think that the family of the second President of Armenia, Robert Kocharian, should finance me to support my comrade-in-arms. This was stated by Vitaly Balasanyan, former Secretary of the National Security Council of Artsakh and Major General, in an interview with NEWS.am, commenting on recent media reports that his activities are being funded by Sedrak Kocharian, Robert Kocharian's eldest son.
“It is very bad that such news is being spread. Those spreading such false rumors should, if they have at least a bit of honesty, conduct a little excursion into my biography. It is a pity that such dishonest people have a place in our country. They spare no effort in carrying out their black work to undermine the national value system of the country,” Balasanyan remarked.
It is recalled that the newspaper “Zhamanak” reported that the activities of the former Secretary of the National Security Council of the Republic of Artsakh, Vitaly Balasanyan, are entirely funded by Sedrak Kocharian. He has undertaken to fully finance Balasanyan's electoral campaign as well. Balasanyan reportedly had no alternative, as Serzh Sargsyan refused to finance his campaign. Now, Balasanyan is compelled to repay the money he received, including organizing a petition in favor of Kocharian.
