Azerbaijan Clearly Engaging in Provocations: Defense Ministry Spokesperson
The Azerbaijani side is clearly engaging in provocations against the backdrop of the ongoing meeting of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) defense ministers in Baku, causing tensions along the Armenian state border. This was stated by the spokesperson for the Ministry of Defense, Artsrun Hovhannisyan, on his Facebook page.
"We call on the Azerbaijani side to refrain from provocations and note that such actions will not go unanswered, but only after the meeting," he wrote.
