Explosive Device Found in Hotel Building in Yerevan

On October 29, at 11:20 AM, an emergency call was received by the "911" service reporting that an explosive device had been placed in the building of the "Hayatt Place Yerevan" hotel located at 26/1 Vazgen Sargsyan Street in Yerevan.

A team from the Yerevan Rescue Department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, a response group from the National Crisis Management Center, on-duty medical personnel from the Disaster Medicine Center, a canine team from the Special Rescue Operations Center of the Rescue Forces Administration, and the engineering and rescue unit from the Civil Defense Administration were dispatched to the scene.
