Police Prevent Suicide Attempt of Intoxicated Man

On October 28, at 17:21, a call was received by the "911" service reporting that a citizen intended to commit suicide by jumping off the Kievyan Bridge in Yerevan. Emergency responders from the Ministry of Emergency Situations' Rescue Service arrived at the scene, along with an operational group from the National Center for Crisis Management and an instructor from the psychological support division.

Police officers on duty at the bridge prevented the suicide attempt of Agas P. (born in 1970), who was found to be in an intoxicated state. The psychological support instructor provided psychological assistance to Agas P., who was then taken to the Mashtots Police Department.
