The former Minister of Defense, Lieutenant General Vagharshak Harutyunyan, spoke with reporters regarding Nairi Hunanyan's request for release. He stated, “Why is he speaking now? First, it is a legal norm that after 20 years, he has the right to appeal. Second, he sees a change in the political situation.
