Fire at Metal Style Steel Pipe Factory

On October 24, at 16:54, the "911" service received a report that a fire had broken out at the steel pipe factory located at Artaşisyan 94/16 in Yerevan, according to the press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.

With a complexity level 2 alert, a team from the National Crisis Management Center of the Ministry of Emergency Situations and six firefighting units from the Yerevan Rescue Department were dispatched to the scene, three of which were sent back due to the lack of necessity.

The fire was contained by 17:04 and extinguished by 17:27. Approximately 15 cubic meters of polyethylene, cardboard, and plastic raw materials burned in an area of about 200 square meters at the Metal Style steel pipe factory. After the fire, subsequent work is being carried out at the site.
